The mighty O's return to League One action this afternoon as they welcome Plymouth Argyle to Brisbane Road for a rare 3pm kick-off between the two sides.

Orient against Plymouth has almost become comically associated with Tuesday night football in recent years, so there is something refreshing about finally getting this fixture under way at the traditional Saturday afternoon time.

Paul Terry has continued the recent trend of handling media duties and conducted the pre-match interview ahead of the game, with attention now turning to how much progress Orient have made during the two-week break.
