On a warm, sunny afternoon, the Os rocked up at Kenilworth Road to take on a Luton team getting into their stride and sitting a point above Orient in the League One table. Both teams had convincing midweek wins and Luton were no doubt looking to extend their fine home record of one defeat in 19.
Orient lined up as per Tuesday night against Bromley, the only change being Nathan Baxter in goal. Oliver Dovin was our reserve keeper today, with Noah Phillips preparing to go out on loan, although as yet we don’t know where he is going. Dane Scarlett also featured on a bench replete with attacking players, with only Sean Clare able to provide defensive support.
